Primary Service Area (PSA)
The Starbase Primary Service Area (PSA) is the contiguous United States (I.E. The 48 states constituting the continental ( U.S.) Including any point within 200 SM. A minimum of 12 hours notice is required. International fees may apply to those destinations in Canada and Mexico within the PSA.
Extended Service Area (ESA)
The Starbase Extended Service Area includes Bermuda, virtually all islands in the Caribbean, and the area of Mexico not included in the PSA. Guaranteed access to the ESA on Peak Periods with 96 hours notice.
Starbase Aviation designates up to ten (10) peak periods per year. These periods are traditionally identified to be the busiest operationally. On these days, an advanced notice of 96 hours is required to ensure guaranteed availability.
